I called today after noticing some wasps had made a nest inside our basement ceiling. Normally when it's outside I just spray the nest and call it good, but where it was inside (in my son's bedroom at that) I figured I'd call a pro. Impact sent one of their technicians, John, who came within an hour and dealt with the situation promptly and safely. Thank you so much for making room in your schedule for me on short notice!

Amazing experience with Brian and his team. I had a huge hornets nest underneath my deck when I first moved in. I called Brian and he guaranteed me it would be done and gave me a time. It was done sooner and much more efficiently than I imagined possible. All for a really really good price. If you want to support local and stay away from the big dogs - 100% go with this company. Thanks Brian.

Brian is fabulous l on time. Prompt, friendly- did a great job. Mosquitos- gone. Ants gone! And the. The next year we called for wasps- gone. Highly recommend.

Easy to get in touch with this business and they were very quick to respond and address the issues I had with wasps. John was great and was able to provide advice on a couple of other pest concerns I had, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend this business!
